Prohibited Content and Activities

Harassment and Threats: Content that harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates any individual or group.

Fraudulent or Deceptive Content: Scams, phishing attempts, misleading information, or content designed to deceive users.
Malware and Harmful Code: Viruses, malware, spyware, or any code designed to harm users or their devices.

5. Enforcement and Account Termination

Kilo reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms. Such actions may include:

Issuing a warning
Removing or disabling access to prohibited content
Temporarily suspending your account
Permanently deleting your account and all associated content without refund for any remaining subscription period
Reporting violations to law enforcement authorities when required or appropriate

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Inactive Account Policy

Kilo reserves the right to delete inactive accounts after 60 days of inactivity. An account is considered inactive if it meets any of the following criteria:

The website is not actively linked from any social media profile, online directory, or other public platform
The website receives no legitimate traffic or visitor activity
The account contains fake, placeholder, or test data with no genuine business information
The account owner has not logged in or made any updates to their website

This policy helps us maintain platform quality and ensure resources are available for active users. If your account is scheduled for deletion due to inactivity, we may attempt to notify you via email before deletion occurs. However, we are not obligated to provide such notice.

7. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds will be provided for partial months or for accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kilo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through the Service, but you grant Kilo a license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Kilo does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee any specific results from use of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kilo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kilo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
